PES 2017 delivers sucker punch to FIFA 17 with MASSIVE Liverpool release date deal | Daily Star
THE PES 2017 release date is approaching and Konami have revealed a giant exclusivity deal that will no doubt go down well with Liverpool fans.
FIFA 17 last week announced a massive deal to make Manchester United their FIFA 17 Premier League partners and today PES 2017 has fought back by announcing their own deal with Liverpool, following their demolition of Arsenal, who ironically is another PES 2017 partner.
The move will see Konami recreating the Liverpool squad in the same incredible details as the deal previously announced with PES 2017 and Barcelona FC last month.
Konami has said that the games core concept “Control Reality” will allow them to reproduce Liverpool FC’s “compact and speedy game flow” of the teams overal and individual players, as well as adopting Jurgen Klopp’s famous “Gegenpress” tactics.
Of course the game will have the teams proper kits, but also a excellent recreation of the Anfield ground, with a planned update once the game is released showing the remoddled ground, which is currently undergoing renovation.
You’ll also hear the famous KOP antham, You’ll Never Walk Alone within in-game chants and during pre-match build-up.
As if that wasn’t enough the game will also former star players will appear within the game as “Legends”, with Asim Tanvir, the games Online & Social Media Manager suggesting this will see “Robbie Fowler. Ian Rush. Michael Owen” in the game, to name but a few.
PES 2017 NEW FEATURES
Earlier this month Konami announced several new features which will overhaul the games core gameplay mechanics. This includes:
Real Touch: See how different players control the ball in unique and different ways based on where and how you control them, dictating the flow of the game based on how they react to the unpredictable movement of the ball.
Precise Pass: Combining Real Touch and real ball physics, passing is an art form in PES 2017. Many factors determine the speed and accuracy of the ball. The pass that is made on the best situation and timing will generate a perfect trajectory, creating a great satisfaction when a killer pass is made.
Natural Player Movement: Hundreds of new animations have been added to bring the players and goalkeepers to life – but it doesn’t stop there. New features such as Real Touch and Precise Pass see huge benefit, giving a vast array of movements when trapping and passing the ball.
Corner Kick Control: Control the defensive strategies on a set piece, such as marking zonal or man-marking. Offensive options are also included such as specific player movement.
